Temporary: ongoing role with an immediate start.
Hours: Monday–Friday*, 30 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Senior Scout responsible for supervising housekeeping scouts, maintaining high cleaning standards and ensuring safe, efficient daily operations.
- Oversees room preparation, conducts quality checks, organises cover for absences, supports training and ensures correct use of materials and equipment.
- Manages time‑keeping records, reports issues or defects, maintains tidy storage areas and assists with laundry, linen and consumables.
- Acts as first point of support for team members, escalating welfare, performance or safety concerns as needed.
- Provides cover across the team and undertakes additional duties as directed by Housekeeping Managers.
