Position: Specialist Italian Chef de Partie at a Premium Italian Restaurant in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Location: Edinburgh, Scotland
Gross salary package: Circa £34,000 (incl. share of tronc/service charge + target‑led bonus)
Weekly working hours/days: up to 48 hours / 5 days (to be confirmed)

Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for preparing and presenting high‑quality dishes, contributing to a dynamic kitchen team that delivers exceptional dining experiences.
- Your expertise will help shape the menu and elevate the culinary standards of the establishment.
- You will also support junior kitchen staff through training and supervision.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- Experience in the preparation of authentic high‑quality Italian dishes
- Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measuring & formulation
- Ideal previous experience of at least 3 years in a similar role
- Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
- Residency within commutable distance of up to one hour
