We are currently recruiting on behalf of a famed and highly renowned South Asian weddings, social and corporate events organiser and caterer. The organisation requires a highly skilled Chef specialising in high quality Indian Curry dishes with experience in events catering.
Position Details:
- Position: Specialist Indian Curry Chef De Partie
- Employer: Prestigious Asian Weddings and Corporate Events Caterers
- Location: West London
- Gross salary package: circa £38,000 + (incl. share of service charge + targeted bonus)
- Weekly working hours/days: up to 48 hours / 5 days (tbc)

To qualify for selection, you must have the following minimum requirements:
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- Expertise in preparing Indian cuisine dishes for large events
- Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measuring & formulation
- Ideal previous experience of at least 3 years in role
- Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
- Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour

You will be responsible for the skillful preparation of a range of Indian dishes at scale, for prestigious Asian weddings and high end social as well as corporate events.
