Position

  • Position: QSR Restaurant Manager
  • Employer: Quick Service Restaurant
  • Location: Glasgow, Scotland
  • Gross OTE Salary package: £32,000 to £36,000 per annum
  • Weekly working hours / days: 40 to 48 hours within 5 / 6 days

Responsibilities

As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations of a busy quick-service restaurant, ensuring smooth service, high standards of food quality, and exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include staff management, scheduling, training, stock control, compliance with health and safety standards, and driving sales and profitability. You will lead by example, motivating your team to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Eligibility to live and work in UK
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a QSR Restaurant Manager role, plus 5 years in progressive hospitality positions
  • Industrial training in a world-renowned culinary/hospitality institute
  • Personal alcohol licence
  • Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
  • Strong leadership, excellent multitasking and organisational skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Sound financial + business acumen
  • Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
