Position: Specialist South Asian Chef De Partie
Employer: Specialist Food Services Company
Location: Glasgow
Gross salary package: Circa £38,000 (incl. share of tronc/service charge + target led bonus)
Weekly working hours/days: up to 48 hours / 5 days (tbc)

Your role involves skillful preparation of complex spice formulations specific to client's own recipe and the regional theme of their businesses. You will be responsible for a series of production and operational duties commensurate with your job role, including training and supervising junior staff.
Minimum requirements:
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- Experience in the preparation of authentic high quality South Asian cuisine & specialties
- Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measuring & formulation
- Ideal previous experience of at least 3 years in role
- Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
- Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
