Position: Specialist South Asian Chef De Partie
Employer: Premium Indian Dining Restaurant
Location: London
Gross salary package: circa £40,000 (incl. share of service charge + targeted bonus)
Weekly working hours/days: up to 48 hours / 5 days (tbc)

Your role involves skillful preparation of complex South Asian dishes and specialties specific to the regional theme of the establishment and its menus. You will be responsible for a series of kitchen operational duties commensurate with the job role, including training and supervising Commi Chefs and other junior kitchen staff, and assisting in the company's impending apprenticeship scheme.

Minimum requirements:

  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Experience in the preparation of authentic high-quality South Asian dishes & specialties
  • Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measuring & formulation
  • Ideal previous experience of at least 3 years in role
  • Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
  • Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
