- Gross OTE salary package: Circa £48,000 (incl.share of tronc/serv.chge+target led bonus)**
- Weekly working hours/days: up to 48 hours / 5 days (tbc)

Your role involves skillful preparation of complex Tandoori dishes and specialties specific to the regional theme of the establishment and its menus. You will be responsible for a series of kitchen operational duties commensurate with job role, including training and supervising of Commi Chefs and other junior kitchen staff, and assist in the company's impending apprenticeship scheme.
- Eligibility to live and work in UK
- Experience in the preparation of authentic high quality Tandoori dishes & Specialties
- Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measuring & formulation
- Industrial training in a world renowned culinary/hospitality institute
- Ideal previous experience of at least 3 years in role
- Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
- Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
