Position: General Manager
Employer: Luxurious Multi Cuisine Buffet Restaurant
Location: Birmingham
Gross salary package: Circa £45,000 (incl. share of tronc/service charge + target led bonus)
Weekly working hours/days: up to 48 hours / 5 days (tbc)

Responsibilities include:
- Overall management and performance of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and profitable daily operations across both front and back of house.
- Overseeing all departments to maintain exceptional service, food quality, and operational standards.
- Driving guest satisfaction through professional handling of feedback and issues.
- Managing staffing, training, compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.
- Overseeing budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
- Working closely with Directors, the Head Chef, and managers to implement business strategies, coordinate reservations and events, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Ensuring accurate cash handling, financial reporting, and seamless communication between kitchen and front of house teams.
To qualify for selection, you must have the following minimum requirements:
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
- UKVI-compliant English literacy.
- Proven ability to lead, manage and coordinate all aspects of restaurant operations, including financial and staff management, within a premium restaurant environment.
- Minimum 3 years (ideally 5) previous experience in a General Manager or senior restaurant management role.
- Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols.
- Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour.
