Position: Events Manager
Employer: Acclaimed Prestige Events Caterer
Location: Northolt, England
Salary & Working Hours
Gross Salary: circa £40,000 (incl. share of tronc/serv. charge, target‑led bonus)
Weekly Working Hours: up to 48 hours / 5 days (tbc)

Responsibilities
You will play a key role in coordinating and delivering high‑end social, cultural, matrimonial, and corporate events. This includes managing service staff deployment, overseeing food and beverage logistics, ensuring smooth floor operations, acting as the main liaison between clients, internal teams, and venues, and delivering seamless, high‑quality guest experiences while supporting the overall success of each event through efficient planning and execution.
Qualifications
Eligibility to live and work in the UK
Accredited certificate in catering, culinary arts, hospitality or a related field
3–5 years of experience in banquet management or a similar role, with the ability to plan banquets, manage budgets and meet deadlines
Experience supervising banquet floor staff
Ability to collaborate with Banquet Sales Managers and chefs
Extensive knowledge of catering equipment and venue requirements
In‑depth knowledge of hospitality industry best practices
Valid UK driving licence
Personal alcohol licence
Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
Strong leadership, excellent multitasking and organisational skills
Computer literacy
Sound financial and business acumen
Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
