- Position: Events Manager
- Employer: Acclaimed Prestige Events Caterer
- Location: Northolt, England
- Gross Salary package: circa £40,000 (incl. share of tron/serv.chge + target-led bonus)
- Weekly hours: up to 48 hours / 5 days (to be confirmed)

Responsibilities
You will play a key role in coordinating and delivering high-end social, cultural, matrimonial, and corporate events. This includes managing service staff deployment, overseeing food and beverage logistics, and ensuring smooth floor operations. You will act as the main liaison between clients, internal teams, and venues, with a focus on delivering seamless, high-quality guest experiences and supporting the overall success of each event through planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Eligibility to live and work in UK
- Accredited certificate in catering, culinary arts, hospitality, or similar
- 3–5 years of experience in banquet management or similar; ability to plan banquets, manage budgets, and meet deadlines
- Experience in supervising banquet floor staff
- Ability to collaborate with Banquet Sales Managers and chefs
- Extensive knowledge of catering equipment and venue requirements
- In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry best practices
- Valid UK driving licence
- Personal alcohol licence
- Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
- Strong leadership, excellent multitasking and organisational skills
- Computer literacy
- Sound financial and business acumen
- Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
- Additional attributes include: performance-driven, detail-oriented, empathic, team-oriented, creative, energetic, and passionate about hospitality
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in hospitality management
- Sound health and fitness; able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
