About the Department
The Communications, Marketing and Recruitment (CMR) department plays a central role in telling the Goldsmiths story to our key audiences. The department covers internal communications, media relations, strategic communications, brand and design, digital (website, video and social media), marketing, business partnering, and UK and International recruitment. About the role
We are seeking a proactive Marketing and Recruitment Business Partner to support academic faculties and schools with their marketing and recruitment activities. Working closely with academic leads and teams within Communications, Marketing and Recruitment (CMR), you will deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives aligned with the university’s student recruitment goals.
You will develop marketing plans that complement central student recruitment plans managed by the wider teams in CMR, coordinate recruitment activity, and support events, including open days and fairs. Collaborating with teams across CMR, you will create engaging content, manage digital updates, and deliver targeted campaigns to support undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment, conversion, and international promotion.

You will be skilled at building relationships, managing multiple projects, and translating requirements into actionable plans.
