About the Department

The Student Academic Services Directorate is the part of Goldsmiths Professional Services that leads on the development and provision of outstanding student-facing services. The Directorate is responsible for ensuring that every student at Goldsmiths has an excellent student experience and provides services across the student and academic lifecycle from application to graduation.

About the Role

The Registry Operations team lead operations which support the student lifecycle, including enrolment, fees and funding, attendance, assessment, as well as changes to student status. The role holder will work across the service areas throughout the operational calendar. You will develop knowledge and understanding of assessment regulations, student records processes, and regulations governing fees management. You will act as a key point of contact for students, academic, and professional staff on student records, assessments, and fees.

About the Candidate

You will be educated to degree level with experience of working in an education environment. Experience of using a Student Records System to perform a range of administrative activities and functions across the student lifecycle is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to draft accurate correspondence which concisely conveys complex information are required.
