About the Department: Estates & Facilities Management aims to provide our campus with sustainable, first‑class facilities for research, teaching and learning and other activities. To create a vibrant and safe environment for students, staff and visitors and to deliver our services in a professional and integrated way.
About the Role: We’re looking for a customer‑focused individual to join us as Estates & Facilities Resource Officer. Working on the Help Desk, they will be the first point of contact for all staff and students reporting issues and requesting services on campus. The role also provides administrative and operational support to colleagues within the department.
About the Candidate: You will have excellent communication and administration skills from working in a customer service environment. Proficient using Microsoft Office applications, internet based software systems and attention to detail and accuracy. Understand the responsibilities and services of the department and impact on the student experience.
