You will coordinate and maintain statutory compliance documentation and maintenance records across the estate, including electrical certification, fire and water hygiene records, and asbestos and lift documentation. Working closely with the Head of Maintenance and Supervisors, you'll track certification expiry dates, maintain audit trails, and support internal and external compliance audits., You will have administrative experience within an office or organisational environment, ideally with experience managing documents, records or filing systems. High attention to detail, strong organisational and time-management skills, and good IT literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint) are essential, along with a methodical, proactive and discreet approach to handling sensitive information.

About the department
Estates and Facilities is a technical and specialist directorate of around 250 staff, responsible for maintenance, capital projects, statutory compliance, infrastructure and facilities services across the University's 16-acre New Cross campus, which spans a wide mix of historic, post-war and modern buildings.
