We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate and motivated Field Care Supervisor to join our growing team in Chipping Norton. About the Role As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality of our services and supporting our team of care professionals.
Working closely with the Registered Manager and Care Coordinators, you will ensure that care is delivered safely, effectively and in accordance with CQC regulations and company standards. This is a varied role that combines quality assurance, staff support and client engagement, making a real difference to both our service users and our care team. Key Responsibilities
- Carry out new client assessments and regular care reviews.
- Conduct spot checks, competency assessments, observations and staff supervisions.
- Support, mentor and coach Care Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
- Ensure care plans, risk assessments and client records are accurate and up to date.
- Investigate and report incidents, accidents, complaints and safeguarding concerns.
- Work closely with the office team to ensure continuity of care and effective communication.
- Build positive relationships with service users, families, commissioners and healthcare professionals.
- Promote compliance with CQC regulations, company policies and best practice.
