We are currently recruiting an experienced and motivated Field Care Supervisor to join our growing team.

About the Role

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our clients in the community. You will support and supervise care staff, carry out quality assurance checks, complete care assessments, and help maintain compliance with CQC standards.

  • Conduct service user assessments and care reviews
  • Carry out spot checks, competency checks, and supervisions
  • Support, mentor, and monitor care staff in the field
  • Ensure care plans and risk assessments are up to date
  • Investigate and report incidents, concerns, and safeguarding matters
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and CQC requirements

Requirements

  • Previous experience in domiciliary care or a similar care setting
  • Experience supervising or supporting care staff
  • Good understanding of CQC standards and safeguarding procedures
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred)
