Goldsend is seeking an experienced client-facing CRM professional to own relationships with eCommerce clients. This role is not hands-on CRM execution; the agency's delivery team handles campaigns, while you lead account strategy, stakeholder management and growth.
You will work with Braze, Klaviyo and Customer.io familiarity, focus on strategic recommendations, client success and business development. Mostly remote with occasional London meetings.
