The Front Desk Associate will greet and direct members, guests, and staff as they enter the gym. This position provides assistance to members regarding gym operations and policies, and performs various administrative duties.
This detail-oriented individual should possess excellent customer service skills and effective communication abilities with staff and members. Basic understanding of accounting principles, cash processing procedures, and computer skills are required.
