Goldman Sachs, Across Asset Wealth Management, is seeking a Workforce Analyst to join the workforce team, reporting to the Workforce Manager. If you have experience in a contact centre and a strong grasp of real-time monitoring and metrics, we want to hear from you.
You will lead real-time schedule adherence, manage intraday scenarios, produce KPI reports, and help design schedules using WFM systems, while mentoring the Workforce Specialists and ensuring service levels across channels.
