We are seeking a proactive, curious, analytical, and highly motivated Campaigns Manager to join the Marketing team in our London office. This role will be responsible for managing and monitoring acquisition campaigns across digital marketing channels to meet the evolving needs of the business. We are looking for someone that can combine creativity with analytical rigour to create best in class marketing campaigns that deliver measurable performance. The successful candidate will be tasked with unlocking the best formula for growth through optimisation of existing and new paid media activity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Day-to-day management of advertising campaigns through effective partnership with the creative and media agencies.
- Create, monitor, and optimise marketing campaigns around key product and category moments to meet business and commercial targets.
- Support the Acquisition lead with the management of Paid Search, Aggregators, Display and other paid marketing channels.
- Work with aggregator partners to identify opportunities to optimise performance, value, and scale.
- Build a strong working relationship with the research, analytics, and MI leads to improve marketing analytics and reporting dashboards.
- Leverage data-driven insights to monitor campaign performance and maximise conversions.
- Collaborate with members of the marketing team to ensure paid amplification of marketing content when necessary.
- Work with creative agencies or internal design teams to create marketing assets for paid media campaigns that align to key audience insights and brand guidelines.
- Implement agreed test and learn strategies that help business to drive decisions throughout the customer application funnel.
- Stay ahead of the latest trends in paid media, including new tools, platforms, and tactics.
- Produce and present regular performance marketing updates for BAU and Campaign activity.
- Ensure all media invoices are correct and future costs are accurately forecasted.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Relevant marketing qualification.
- Experience of supporting the delivery of multi-£m marketing budgets & campaigns.
- 4+ years working in a B2C or agency performance marketing/paid media function.
- Strong acquisition marketing skills, using multiple channels to effectively acquire customers.
- Ability to partner cross functionally towards enterprise level objectives; and to effectively manage and develop partnerships with marketing agencies.
- Track record of executing successful acquisition campaigns to drive customer and account growth.
- Clear communicator who can effectively speak in technology, marketing and experience terms.
- Financial services experience desirable.
