Global Banking & Markets – Interest Rate Derivatives Middle Office – Analyst – LondonGoldman Sachs is seeking an analyst to support the Interest Rate Derivatives Middle Office within the Global Banking & Markets division.

Our team develops foundational processes and controls that enable smooth trade execution, product launches, market entry, and transaction completion.

JOB DESCRIPTIONWithin Global Markets Divisional Operations, the Interest Rate Product Sales and Trading Services team facilitates intraday processing and exception management of trade breaks for Interest Rate Derivatives. Operational reconciliations are performed on trade date and post trade date to ensure successful trade flow and books‐and‐records balancing. The team works closely with legal, compliance and other federation teams to interpret and implement key operational controls, supporting regulations such as Mandatory Clearing and Mandatory SEF execution clearing. Projects aimed at improving operational efficiency are also part of the role.

The team collaborates with regional offices in the Americas and Asia to support a cross‐section of products ranging from complex structured transactions to vanilla cleared Interest Rate Derivatives.

You will interact heavily with various businesses and operational units, working directly with institutional clients, sales & trading desks, technology and other partners to deliver best‐in‐class client service, solve complex problems, and influence change.
