The Strategic Transformation Office (STO) oversees comprehensive, large-scale transformations. Our objectives are to enhance scalability, drive revenue growth, improve client experience, and elevate controls to optimize our operating platform. The group comprises three critical functions: (1) Product Management, (2) Design, and (3) Change Management.

Alternatives Product Management sits within the STO and partners closely with investing businesses and Engineering teams to define and deliver our digital strategy.

We are evolving our operating model to embed AI-focused Product Managers directly within investing teams to deliver transformation at the workflow level.

Our model combines:

Platform stability (core system lifecycle)

Capability development (horizontal AI and data capabilities)

Direct delivery through embedded AI Product Managers

We are seeking a Product Manager to be embedded within our Private Credit investing team, responsible for identifying, prototyping, and delivering AI-enabled solutions across core investment workflows.

This role is focused on direct delivery of AI capabilities that improve how investment teams originate, underwrite, monitor, and report on investments.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

• Identify high-impact AI use cases within Private Credit investment workflows
• Work directly with investment professionals to understand workflow pain points and translate them into AI-enabled solutions
• Lead rapid prototyping and validation of AI solutions, iterating based on user feedback
• Define development-ready requirements for Engineering, including business objectives, data inputs, and expected outputs
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to transition prototypes into production solutions
• Drive adoption by embedding AI capabilities directly into investment workflows and supporting training and change management
• Ensure alignment with broader platform architecture and data strategy while prioritizing speed to value
• Continuously evolve AI solutions in partnership with investment teams based on feedback and outcomes

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 7–10 years of experience in Financial Services or Product Management
• Experience applying AI/ML or data-driven solutions within financial or investment workflows
• Ability to translate investment problems into AI-enabled product opportunities
• Experience leading rapid prototyping and delivering solutions in ambiguous environments
• Strong ability to operate within front office teams and drive adoption of new capabilities
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset with ability to evaluate trade-offs and prioritize effectively
• Experience working closely with Engineering and Data teams to deliver production solutions
• Familiarity with modern AI tools (e.g., LLM-based solutions, workflow automation, data platforms)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
