Business Unit and Role Overview: The Human Capital Management (HCM) Division consists of specialized teams addressing the needs of specific client groups. This position is at the Analyst / Associate level within the HCM Operations and Risk Management team, based within the HCM Operations team. The role involves conducting thorough research for background checks, including criminal records, financial history, education verification, employment verification, professional qualifications, database searches, adverse media searches, identity verification, and internal vetting, compliant with applicable law.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze candidate applications versus submitted resumes
  • Perform detailed background checks across employment, education, criminal, credit, and financial databases
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
  • Coordinate with Employment Law and Compliance teams for escalation of issues
  • Provide detailed reports on background check statuses for internal stakeholders and audits
  • Participate in special projects as needed
