We are currently looking for an Associate in London to support our financing and refinancing efforts for portfolio companies within our Private Equity, Infrastructure and Sustainability funds.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiating and executing financing transactions for private equity portfolio companies in coordination with investment deal teams.
- Developing and maintaining key lending and debt advisory relationships within the private equity financing market.
- Supporting deal teams and portfolio company management teams in ongoing financing needs and exit preparation/activity.
- Collaborating with DCM team members across other investment verticals to innovate new financing solutions.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in asset management; experience in a fund capital markets team, large lending institution or debt advisor preferred.
- Strong knowledge of alternative asset classes and financing structures.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while achieving successful outcomes.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Experience with interest rate and FX hedges preferred.
- Ability to function well in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Exemplary work ethic and personal integrity.
