Equity Derivatives Engineering work closely with the Equity Derivatives business at Goldman Sachs and have a wide set of responsibilities across a variety of products to scale automation of quoting, pricing, booking, and execution.

Our team focuses on building market leading engineering platforms with solid APIs, high throughput and service orientated architecture. The innovative solutions we develop are externalized to our clients as part of the core Marquee offering. Role Responsibilities

Develop unified global cross-asset derivatives quoting platform with electronic and client connectivity

Deliver high regulatory and controls framework to ensure our compliance with regulatory standards in high frequency trading applications

Integrate with external platforms and clients using industry standard protocols such as FIX and REST

Build rich, high-throughput and performance-sensitive user applications using the latest web and server side technologies such as React/Java

Use both open source and internal proprietary technologies to build cutting edge platforms

Work closely with sales and trading to deliver innovative solutions to automate their manual workflows

Be part of the vibrant global derivatives engineering team and use your engineering skills to impact business decisions

Excellent academic record in a relevant technical field such as computer science, physics, mathematics or engineering

Strong programming skills in an object orientated or functional paradigm such as Java, C#, Python or JavaScript

Entrepreneurial individual with self-management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and interact with global stakeholders

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
