Join the Legal Division of Goldman Sachs EMEA Corporate Governance Legal Team based in London, Birmingham, Frankfurt, and The Hague.

Your primary focus will be the corporate administration and advice of regulated and unregulated legal entities throughout Continental Europe, including entities in the asset management division such as those in The Netherlands. The role requires managing a diverse and complex workload, meeting tight deadlines across various entities. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and support professionals within the Corporate Governance Legal Team in a dynamic business environment. As Goldman Sachs expands its presence in Birmingham, you will be part of a growing, highly skilled legal team committed to collaboration, productivity, and sustainability.

Skills / Experiences / Competencies

  • 3-5 years of experience in a law firm or in‑house legal team in an asset manager, corporate service provider, or financial institution.
  • Exposure to diverse businesses and stakeholders, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, respectfulness, and strong relationship‑building abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
