We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic associate to join our team of incredibly talented experienced financial advisory, valuation professionals and engineers. As a Project Manager at 73 Strings, you will work on portfolio monitoring and valuation aspects, contributing to the development of products that utilize cuttingâedge technology to deliver innovative solutions for the financial services industry. You will work with the largest Private Market firms independently and be one of the first to explore uncharted territories at the intersection of AI and corporate finance.
Responsibilities
- Lead endâtoâend implementations independently, serving as both Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert for sophisticated private market investors across diverse strategies (Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Credit, Real Estate, etc.) and global regions.
- Develop, refine, and train the team on best practices, creating and maintaining essential implementation artifacts to drive successful client outcomes.
- Proactively monitor customer health and engagement levels, addressing potential issues before they arise to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with product development teams to create and enhance portfolio monitoring and valuation features tailored to the needs of the financial advisory industry.
- Partner with clients to optimize data strategies and integrate technology stacks, driving efficiency and alignment with best practices.
- Deliver highâquality, clientâfacing materials that facilitate understanding of complex project requirements.
- Work closely with leadership to continuously improve the implementation and client onboarding experience.
- Partner with technology and SME teams to develop effective algorithms and workflows for automating critical tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in professional services within financial services, private equity, investment banking, fintech, or related industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, with a proven track record of independently managing complex client projects.
- Knowledge of Private Equity and Private Credit valuation methodologies is highly beneficial, enabling deeper insights into client needs and project requirements.
- Strong critical thinking and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
- Selfâmotivated with a strong commitment to continuous learning, growth, and performance excellence.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- Working knowledge of APIs and SQL is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Power BI, for data analysis and presentation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong collaboration abilities.
