OUR IMPACT Private Wealth Management (PWM) secures, develops and manages relationships with high net worth individuals, their families, family offices and foundations. PWM assists clients with building and preserving their financial wealth by creating and implementing long-term asset allocation within the context of each client's particular risk tolerance, and by providing access to innovative investment ideas and opportunities. PWM professionals develop customized investment strategies and offer a full array of wealth management products and services, including private banking and trust company services.

YOUR IMPACT As a Talent Strategy Associate within PWM you will be responsible for devising and implementing strategies to attract, develop, and retain exceptional and diverse talent. People are core to our business, and the Talent Strategy team drives our people strategy to achieve our commercial priorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support successful delivery of projects against strategic priorities related to our people strategy, including onboarding and integration, training and development, recognition and advancement, culture building and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Partner with PWM leadership, Human Capital Management and other functional teams at all levels on talent projects, from ideation to implementation.
  • Analyze people data to identify and quantify strategic opportunities.
  • Manage project deliverables, risks, issues, decisions, interdependencies and interim milestones.
  • Help create and execute training and development programs, including providing on the ground support for each of the aligned programs.
  • Manage presenters, communications and logistics for the respective programs.
