Pine Street's core pillars of activity include succession planning, executive coaching & advisory, and leadership development programs, in addition to select advisory and programming for clients of the firm.
Role Overview
Our Pine Street team is looking for a Vice President, leadership coach and advisor, reporting to head of leadership advisory and succession planning. Role is based in London 5-days a week in-office.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Pine Street colleagues to shape the firm's overall leadership development strategy
- Conduct executive leadership assessments and provide insights to the firm regarding senior talent
- Coach senior leaders on leadership transitions, leadership integration and overall leadership development
- Teach and facilitate leadership development courses, workshops and small-group interventions
- Serve as a core team member of a variety of initiatives and projects e.g., design practical leadership solutions offered to a cohort of leaders
- Build relationships across the senior leadership community and other functions e.g. Human Capital Management to serve as a point of contact and trusted advisor
Qualifications, Experiences, and Attributes
- Master's Degree or PhD preferred (organizational psychology or similar)
- Demonstrated experience developing top leaders in admired companies through assessment, development programs, coaching or compelling experiences
- Group facilitation and consultative skills
- Ability to coach senior leaders, teach and speak on leadership topics
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills; strong project management skills
- Excellent relationship-building skills and demonstrated client service focus
- Ability to function well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment that demands creativity, energy and excellence
- Strong commercial orientation and good understanding of the firm's business
- A curious, candid, and optimistic orientation
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience in the field of leadership development
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an executive coach within an organization or as an external coach
