Role Summary

The Pine Street team seeks a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills to help execute leadership development programs. The Associate will collaborate across teams and stakeholders to execute initiatives to a high standard.

Responsibilities

  • Drive project planning and execution of development programs for managing directors and partners, including logistics, materials, quality, communications, budgeting, vendor management, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Analyze processes for automation, risk mitigation, and improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute ideas and insights across Pine Street initiatives.

Development Opportunities

  • Develop as an advisory/coaching apprentice by supporting executive assessments and coaching engagements.
  • Work in a global team environment, managing across regions and programs.
  • Partner with key business stakeholders.

Qualifications include strong judgment, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication, critical thinking, organization, independence, creativity, motivation, leadership ability, and a Bachelor's Degree.
