THE TEAM & RESPONSIBILITIES
The role is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or junior HR professional to fulfil a generalist HR role, exposed to all aspects of the HR function in a global financial firm. The successful candidate will join the EMEA Business Partner (BP) team to support in delivery of their regional and global people strategy.
- Work alongside senior BPs, partnering with regional and business unit leaders to deliver on their people strategy and be the point of contact on HCM-related matters
- Collaborate with HCM functional groups (i.e. Compensation, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Mobility, Recruiting) to provide a seamless HCM service on a range of matters including local and international mobility, new hire offer management, data management, reporting, etc.
- Participate in global project teams to deliver annual talent management processes including, but not limited to, goal setting, talent reviews, annual feedback, promotions, compensation, people pulse surveys
- Analyse and review people data to help shape and drive the people strategy
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Recent graduate or junior HR professional (up to approx. 3 years\’ experience)
- Demonstrable passion for HR – ideal candidate would have (or be studying towards) HR degree or CIPD qualification or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player and collaborator with potential to work increasingly autonomously over time
- Self-motivated and organised
- Ability to analyse data – competent in use of Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel or have aptitude to learn quickly
