Goldman Sachs Asset & Wealth Management is seeking a Sales Support Analyst to join our Nordics Institutional team in London. This role involves supporting the sales team in developing new business and managing client relationships with entities such as pension funds and sovereign wealth funds.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the external sales team with preparing and following up on client and prospect meetings, and respond to client inquiries regarding products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address daily client queries and enhance sales activities.
- Work proactively within the team, demonstrating a collaborative attitude and openness to new ideas.
- Partner with product specialists across a range of Goldman Sachs Asset Management products, including Public Markets and Private Assets, and coordinate with support functions like Marketing, Compliance, and Operations to execute business strategies.
- Support the Country Head with market intelligence, business development, financial analysis, and planning presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs effectively.
Skills & Experience:
- Native Finnish speaker (fluent in both written and oral communication).
- University degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, project management, and attention to detail skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of investment funds and financial markets.
- Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic.
- Experience in a global asset management or strategic consulting firm is advantageous but not mandatory.
