Job Description

The Sustainable Investing Group manages dedicated strategies focused on long-term capital appreciation by investing in high-quality companies with strong management teams, supporting their development, and creating value within a three to five-year horizon.

Analysts and Associates are part of a global team responsible for the full investment cycle, from opportunity identification to deal execution and portfolio management. You will engage in high-profile transactions, including management buy-outs, take privates, add-on acquisitions, and build-ups.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Analyst or Junior Associate with a passion for investing and a strong interest in Climate and Sustainability. Prior work or internship experience in Private Equity is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze potential investment opportunities across EMEA
  • Develop complex financial models for company valuation
  • Support due diligence activities, demonstrating ownership and adaptability across industries and geographies
  • Participate in structuring, negotiating, and documenting investments; prepare discussion materials for Investment Committees
  • Monitor existing portfolio investments, build trustful relationships with management teams and partners

Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent with an excellent academic and professional record
  • Experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or private equity due diligence in Management Consulting
  • Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and make sound investment judgments
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, and work effectively under pressure
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; European language skills are a plus
