About Us

Our New Analyst Program is a full-time program for final year undergraduate and graduate students. As a new analyst, you will learn about our businesses, develop important relationships, and build career-enhancing skills.

As a participant, you will:

  • Learn about the firm and how we do business
  • Gain the skills and knowledge necessary to support our businesses
  • Have unlimited access to training and guidance to help you prepare for the next level
  • Build your professional network and interact with colleagues across the firm

Submitting Your Application

Each applicant can apply to up to 4 different business/location combinations in a recruiting year. Additional applications will be auto-withdrawn. To apply for more opportunities, withdraw an existing application that has not been declined.

Risk aims to identify, monitor, evaluate, and manage the firm\’s financial and non-financial risks to support the firm\’s strategic goals.

Our Risk division develops comprehensive processes to monitor, assess, and manage risks from expected and unexpected events that could adversely affect the firm. Risk teams are critical, driving risk management strategies and executing day-to-day activities, leading projects, and advancing risk management programs. Coordination with management, business units, control departments, and technology is essential.

We utilize advanced engineering solutions, including cloud computing and big data, to better manage costs related to asset pricing and scenario generation.
