Marcus by Goldman Sachs is seeking a Delivery Workforce Planning and Hiring Process Manager, Vice President, based in Birmingham. You will lead high-volume staffing across India, the UK and the US, partnering with Delivery and Finance teams to forecast and source talent in a fast-paced digital banking environment.
You will build out scalable workforce plans, manage KPI reporting to senior leadership, and drive process improvements while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
