Unique opportunity for a Lawyer to join ACF in a non-legal role to work on fund formations/bespoke mandates.
- Working with GS functional teams (legal, tax, controllers, operations) on fund structuring.
- Reviewing offering documents (PPMs, LPAs, etc.).
- Liaise with clients and product teams on execution of mandates.
- Partnering with operational teams on day-to-day fund management matters.
- Serving as a resource to global ACF team and other GS teams on general fund matters.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate would have a legal background, and 5-10 years of fund formation experience at a large law firm and/or sponsor. Experience with credit funds is preferred (but not required).
