FICC Platform Engineering – Software Engineer – Analyst / Associate – London

Your Impact

We are seeking a skilled developer to join the FICC Portfolio Analytics team in London, working on Lightning, a new infrastructure for real-time risk computation in the Global Markets Division. Lightning is a highly distributed, resilient state machine providing near real-time updates on key metrics for traders in Global Markets. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with users to develop new features and expand platform deployment across more desks.

  1. Provide technical leadership on key projects within the FICC trading environment and support daily desk operations.
  2. Engage proactively with stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
  3. Collaborate with global teams on impactful projects.

Basic Qualifications

  1. At least 1 year of professional Java development experience.

  4. Experience with automated testing, DevOps, and continuous deployment.
