We are looking to add a Quantitative Recruiter to our team — someone with genuine domain knowledge across quantitative research, trading, or technology who can operate independently, manage senior client relationships, and deliver at the highest level.
This is a recruitment role for someone who understands the quantitative finance talent market deeply — whether your background sits across quant research, systematic trading, or technology.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across quantitative research, trading, or technology mandates
- Building and developing client relationships with hiring managers across hedge funds and systematic investment managers
- Contributing to business development — identifying new client opportunities and expanding existing relationships
Requirements:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience with a focus on quantitative finance — research, trading, or technology - mandatory
- Strong candidate network across the quantitative finance talent market
- Based in the UK — fully remote or hybrid flexibility available
- Established buy-side client relationships across hedge funds or systematic investment managers
- A well-established, curated database of senior quantitative talent and an extensive buy-side client network spanning the most recognised names in hedge funds and systematic investment management
