HEART Academies Trust formed in 2017 and currently consists of one secondary school, Bedford Academy and five partner primary schools, Cauldwell School, Goldington Green Academy, Shackleton Primary, Shortstown Primary and Wilstead Primary.
We are a non-profit making charitable company sponsored by the Harpur Trust, one of the largest charities in the UK. With a proven track-record in education through their ownership and management of four Harpur Trust private schools in Bedford and as a sponsor of Bedford Academy since its creation in 2010, they are the perfect partner to support HEART Academies Trust as we grow.
HEART Academies Trust supports continuity of education within the community. Main Duties Include
- To provide safe, high-quality education, care and welfare for children
- To fulfill legal and statutory requirements
- To contribute to and implement school policies.
- To work under the direction of the Headteacher, EYFS Lead and Class Teachers to become part of a successful team.
Who You Are
- Holds the relevant Level 2 qualification.
- Experience of working with young children.
- Experience of communication effectively at all levels.
- Able to promote positive discipline in line with the ethos of the school.
- Experience of motivating pupils to develop to their full potential.

Monday - Friday 8:30 -15:30
