We are excited to recruit for this role at Golding and appoint a Safer Neighbourhoods Team Leader to join our Tenancy team, where you'll be able to play a key role in shaping our future.
What you'll be doing
- You'll undertake the day-to-day line management of the Safer Neighbourhoods’ team to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer focused services.
- You'll help achieve a high performing team, improve outcomes for customers and customer satisfaction.
- You'll help deliver Golding Homes’ safer neighbourhood offer to improve outcomes for customers in relation to clean, safe, green issues, ASB, hate incidents, domestic abuse, safeguarding, tenancy fraud and any tenancy breaches.
- You'll support, coach, train and work collaboratively with the Safer Neighbourhoods Team to achieve maximum performance.
- Managing and motivating individuals to ensure they provide a quality customer focused and performance driven service.
More about you. What can you bring?
- You'll have demonstrable experience in a line management role, achieving positive outcomes for customers.
- You'll have demonstrable experience leading teams and services in relation to ASB, hate incidents, safeguarding, domestic abuse, tenancy fraud.
- You'll hold extensive experience of quality case management to deliver outcomes for customers across a range of tools and powers and be confident working across housing management systems.
- You'll have demonstratable experience of setting and achieving performance targets, including experience of coaching and motivating others to achieve targets and improve performance.
- Experience working with relevant external agencies to create safe spaces and respond to neighbourhood issues, prevent and deter, create campaigns and initiatives.
- Experience working with and engaging with customers and improving customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Experience in complaint handling and driving change learning from customer insight, as well as data analysis to drive service delivery and improvements.
Please note a full driving licence and DBS are required for this role.
When and where you'll be doing it
You will enjoy a 37-hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa £46,669. Our Hub, Home, Roam approach allows you to work from wherever suits you best whilst also having a central workspace to collaborate and come together. Our head office is in central Maidstone and is a new, modern and bright space which inspires creativity and innovation.
