Golding Homes is recruiting a Property Services Coordinator to support the Damp and Mould, complex repairs, disrepair processes and Aids and Adaptations work stream. You will liaise with customers, contractors and stakeholders to book surveys, gather documents and ensure timely payments.
You will work as part of the Property Services team, building relationships across the business to progress cases and deliver a high level of customer service. Hybrid working is available.
