We are excited to recruit for this role at Golding and appoint a Scheduler. You will be part of an existing Scheduling team in our Repairs and Maintenance division and will play a key role in shaping our future.
What you’ll be doing:
- You will provide exceptional standards of customer service and optimise productivity through effective planning and works scheduling.
- You will develop and maintain strong working relationships within both the Customer Service Centre and Trade Supervision functions whilst always operating in accordance with departmental practices, standing orders, and financial processes and regulations to enable the department to achieve its objectives in terms of time, cost and quality of service.
- You will provide a personalised, helpful and solution focused service to customers; taking calls, diagnosing repairs, agreeing appointments, and allocating works by telephone, in writing and face to face whilst living and role modelling the Golding values.

- Using your excellent customer service skills, you will be able to effectively and efficiently apply your experience of planning trade and knowledge of repair requests, solutions and systems to deliver excellent repairs and works service delivery.
- Working under minimal supervision and as part of a team you will use your outstanding written and verbal communication expertise to easily organise and prioritise the works successfully whilst maintaining a strong customer focus with a continuous commitment to exceptional service delivery.
When and where you’ll be doing it:
You will enjoy a 40-hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa £33,000 dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience. Our head office is in central Maidstone and is a new, modern and bright space which inspires creativity and innovation.
