As a People Business Partner, you'll play a key role in creating a high‑performing, inclusive and values‑led working environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert HR advice on employee relations, organisational change, wellbeing, inclusion and performance.
- Work closely with leaders and the People & Culture team to deliver people plans aligned with Golding's strategy.
- Contribute to people projects, policy development and data‑led insights.
- Act as a trusted partner and critical friend to senior colleagues.
Qualifications
- CIPD‑qualified level 5 or more (or equivalent) with experience in a senior advisory and business partnering roles.
- Skilled in managing complex employee relations and advising confidently at senior level.
- Knowledgeable in employment law, people policy and modern approaches to engagement and inclusion.
- A strong communicator, resilient, collaborative and comfortable handling competing priorities.
- Values‑led, people‑focused and motivated to help colleagues and culture thrive.
