As a People Business Partner, you'll play a key role in creating a high‑performing, inclusive and values‑led working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert HR advice on employee relations, organisational change, wellbeing, inclusion and performance.
  • Work closely with leaders and the People & Culture team to deliver people plans aligned with Golding's strategy.
  • Contribute to people projects, policy development and data‑led insights.
  • Act as a trusted partner and critical friend to senior colleagues.

Qualifications

  • CIPD‑qualified level 5 or more (or equivalent) with experience in a senior advisory and business partnering roles.
  • Skilled in managing complex employee relations and advising confidently at senior level.
  • Knowledgeable in employment law, people policy and modern approaches to engagement and inclusion.
  • A strong communicator, resilient, collaborative and comfortable handling competing priorities.
  • Values‑led, people‑focused and motivated to help colleagues and culture thrive.
