You'll be confident managing complex cases, building positive relationships and working collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies. Organised, resilient and customer-focused, you'll enjoy solving problems and delivering great outcomes. A full driving licence and a Basic DBS check are required for this role.
When and where you'll be doing it: This is a full-time, 37-hour-per-week role with a salary of circa £33,000 per annum. Our Hub, Home, Roam approach gives you the flexibility to work where you're most effective, while staying connected with colleagues at our modern Maidstone head office and maximising visibility out in the communities you support.
What you'll get in return: We know that when our people thrive, our customers benefit too. That's why we offer a competitive salary and a benefits package designed to support your wellbeing, development and work-life balance. You'll enjoy:
- 28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)
