We are now looking for a People Business Partner, someone who will help shape our culture, support our leaders, and continue our journey towards becoming an exceptional organisation. What You’ll Be Doing

As a People Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in creating a high-performing, inclusive and values-led working environment. You will:

  • Provide expert HR advice on employee relations, organisational change, wellbeing, inclusion and performance
  • Work closely with leaders and the People Culture team to deliver people plans aligned with Golding's strategy
  • Contribute to people projects, policy development and data-led insights
  • Act as a trusted partner and critical friend to senior colleagues

More About You

You will be:

  • CIPD-qualified level 5 or more (or equivalent) with experience in senior advisory and business partnering roles
  • Skilled in managing complex employee relations and advising confidently at senior level
  • Knowledgeable in employment law, people policy and modern approaches to engagement and inclusion
  • A strong communicator, resilient, collaborative and comfortable handling competing priorities
  • Values-led, people-focused and motivated to help colleagues and culture thrive

37-hour week
Salary circa £50,000, depending on experience
Flexible hybrid working
Collaboration time in our bright, modern Maidstone office, designed for connection and creativity
