Golding Homes is seeking a Gas Engineer to join our repairs team and play a key role in shaping our future while forging a great career.
Responsibilities
- You will carry out landlord gas safety inspections, breakdowns and fitting parts of domestic gas boilers.
- You may also assist the repairs team with plumbing works.
- These works will be undertaken on both occupied and unoccupied properties to ensure heating systems are compliant with legislation.
Qualifications
- Completion of a recognised apprenticeship or equivalent and/or a minimum of NVQ level II.
- Relevant ACS including CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 and HTR1.
- City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 and current Gas Safe Qualifications.
- Extensive experience working in repairs and servicing on gas heating boilers and systems.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment with set targets.
- Current valid driving licence and DBS.
When and where you'll be doing it
You will work a 40‑hour week, based in Maidstone and travel to properties in the surrounding area. This role offers a permanent position with real job security and the opportunity for overtime.
