Requirements:
- We are looking for someone who can learn quickly, stay organised, and prioritise work effectively.
- Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support with high standards of customer service.
- Knowledge of core Microsoft solutions and business systems, including Office 365, Teams, Exchange Online, Active Directory/Entra, Azure Virtual Desktop, and 8x8 telephony.
- Experience using an ITSM tool to manage requests and maintain SLAs.
- Experience documenting and sharing knowledge within a team.
- Experience setting up new hardware such as mobile devices and laptops using MDT and Intune.
- Ability to work with other IT teams, departments, and third parties to resolve issues and provide support.
Responsibilities:

- Work with the IT Infrastructure & Service Manager to deliver focused IT solutions.
- Handle IT issues professionally and keep users updated on progress.
