We’re now looking for a People Business Partner, someone who will help shape our culture, support our leaders, and continue our journey towards becoming an exceptional organisation. What You’ll Be Doing
As a People Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in creating a high-performing, inclusive and values-led working environment. You will:
- Provide expert HR advice on employee relations, organisational change, wellbeing, inclusion and performance
- Work closely with leaders and the People & Culture team to deliver people plans aligned with Golding’s strategy
- Contribute to people projects, policy development and data-led insights
- Act as a trusted partner and critical friend to senior colleagues

More About You
You will be:
- CIPD-qualified level 5 or more (or equivalent) with experience in a senior advisory and business partnering roles
- Skilled in managing complex employee relations and advising confidently at senior level
- Knowledgeable in employment law, people policy and modern approaches to engagement and inclusion
- A strong communicator, resilient, collaborative and comfortable handling competing priorities
- Values-led, people-focused and motivated to help colleagues and culture thrive
When and Where You’ll Be Doing It
- 37-hour week
- Salary circa £50,000, depending on experience
- Flexible hybrid working
- Collaboration time in our bright, modern Maidstone office, designed for connection and creativity
