We’re seeking a creative professional with experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry, specializing in content creation, social media, and brand storytelling.

In this role, you will provide marketing support for Blanchette and Goldies restaurants, focusing on managing and growing our Instagram presence.

You will create engaging marketing materials tailored to the food & beverage sector, designed to increase customer engagement and strengthen the brands’ connection with their audiences.

Community & Social Media Build and manage an engaged online community while ensuring a consistent brand voice across all platforms.

Lead monthly lo-fi content creation sessions (two half-day shoots) to capture authentic, guest-focused content aligned with brand campaigns.

Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across the brand’s Instagram accounts.

Create engaging, on‑brand captions, stories, and social content.

Contribute ideas and offer creative feedback for reels, videos, and photo shoots.

Identify real‑time opportunities – spot cultural trends and transform them into engaging brand narratives.

Analyse performance and report monthly insights, adapting strategy to maximise engagement, reach, and conversions.

Plan, execute, and optimise paid social media campaigns to drive awareness and bookings, managing targeting, creatives, and budgets.

Design Create on‑brand visual assets for social media, including templates for posts, stories, and video content.

Refresh Instagram Story Highlights quarterly to reflect current menus, events, and campaigns.

Design creative assets for paid advertising, newsletters, and promotional materials.

Digital Marketing Plan and deliver one monthly newsletter per brand, including concept, copy, and design.

Keep digital platforms updated to reflect new menus, events, and brand initiatives.

Audit and optimise customer data collection across key touchpoints, including bookings and website sign‑ups.

Requirements Previous experience in a similar role Strong skills in photography and video production, with experience creating engaging visual content Strong understanding of social media culture, trends and digital engagement tactics.

Highly organised, proactive and strong attention into details.
