I am working with a highly impressive business based in London who are looking to recruit a HR Officer. This position plays a key role in providing expert advice and guidance on a wide range of operational HR issues, helping to shape a positive and supportive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified or working towards equivalent qualification with solid HR generalist experience. They offer hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 at home.

- Respond to a variety of HR queries from employees and managers.
- Build strong working relationships across the business, supporting line managers on HR matters.
- Provide advice on HR policies and ensure consistent and compliant application.
- Support and conduct disciplinary and grievance investigations.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, with a focus on quality of hire and cultural alignment.
- Conduct interviews, contribute to candidate selection, and provide feedback as needed.
- Assist the business in meeting professional development needs by sourcing cost-effective training solutions.
- Design, develop, and deliver bespoke training content.
- Maintain productive relationships with external training and service providers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and departmental objectives.
- Accurately manage and utilise HR systems for data entry and reporting.
- Maintain and update employee records in accordance with internal standards.
- Take part in HR projects and initiatives.
- Uphold company values in all professional conduct and decision-making.
- Stay informed on UK employment law and evolving HR best practices.
- Occasional travel to other office locations may be required.
